Email Etiquette
Today in class we did a task called email etiquette. It was about the proper way of writing an email. We went onto a document and read through it and clicked on any links that were in it hat would take us to a video or a website or another doc. In the end there were five important points which are: number 1 use a salutation, number 2 Give a specific subject, number 3 Keep it to the point, number 4 proof read it and number 5 sign your initials.
All of those five steps is how to make a professional email. other things I learnt are don t use slang and text language. Eg. c u later. you must be polite.make sure it is a necessary email that wouldn't waste your teacher or friends time. Remember to use punctuation and when in doubt paragraph it out. no one wants to read a massive paragraph make smaller ones then it wont seem like everything is bunched up
